International Forum on Public-Private Partnerships for Sustainable Development

29.10.2015 - 30.10.2015
Annemasse, France

This Forum is part of a global momentum towards sustainable and multi-partner development. The platform intends to bring together actors of public-private partnerships and offer them a space for learning and sharing.

The Forum will mark the launch of a long-lasting International Platform on Public-Private Partnerships for Sustainable Development. This platform will offer a information and meeting space for PPP actors. It is built on two components :

  • Regular international events, bringing together actors from the public and private sectors, as well as from international organisations, financial institutions, civil society and the academic sector. This Forum will be the first of these regular events.
  • A lasting virtual platform, to continue exchanges started during the events and provide an interactive comprehensive repository on PPPs for sustainable development. This platform will constitute an attractive and convenient meeting space for the supply and demand sides of partnerships.

A unique meeting space

The 2015 International Forum will bring together over 25 members of international delegations and over 500 representatives of national and local authorities, the private sector, chambers of commerce, universities, international organisations, NGOs and the diplomatic community.

This Forum is a strategic event for businesses and local authorities involved in public-private partnerships for development, and a great networking opportunity between supply and demand sides of PPPs.
