Europäischer Rechnungshof nimmt PPP-Infrastrukturprojekte unter die Lupe

Zu diesen Schlussfolgerungen kommt der Europäische Rechnungshof im Rahmen einer Untersuchung von 12 von der EU geförderten PPP-Projekten für Autobahn- oder IKT-Vorhaben.
Die EU hat im Zeitraum von 2000 bis 2014 insgesamt 84 PPP-Projekte gefördert, von denen sie nun 12 genauer unter die Lupe genommen hat. Die Vorhaben befinden sich in Frankreich (4), in Griechenland und Irland (je 3) und 2 in Spanien. Interessant ist die Feststellung des Rechnungshofes, dass der institutionelle und rechtliche Rahmen für EU-geförderte PPP noch nicht geeignet sei. Darüber hinaus rät der Rechnungshof, PPP-Vorhaben frühzeitig auf ihre Eignung und Wirtschaftlichkeit hin zu prüfen und ihre Umsetzung mit der traditionellen öffentlichen Realisierung zu vergleichen.

Last month, I lost funds to different binary options brokers, which took a negative toll on my mental health.
